Amine Dehydrogenase (AmDH)

Short Description:

About Amine Dehydrogenase

ES-AmDH (Amine Dehydrogenase): an enzyme that can catalyze the ammoniation of carbonyl group and reduce it to amino group. It is a coenzyme NADH dependent enzyme, and NADH acts as a hydrogen transmitter. There are 4 kinds of AmDH enzyme products (Number as ES-AmDH101~ES-AmDH104) developed by SyncoZymes, which can be used in regioselective or stereoselective reductive amination of aldehydes and ketones.
