NADP is a coenzyme, which is a substance in which nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide and a phosphate molecule are bound by an ester bond, and widely exists in the biological world. Its chemical properties, absorption spectrum, redox form, etc. are similar to NAD (Coenzyme I).
